Referral Procedure

Upon recognition of an ailment indicating surgical intervention or more extensive investigation, please contact our clinic to gauge its suitability and our availability. Please never hesitate to contact our friendly team, we are more than willing to discuss the case.

We require clients to attend a consultation at our clinic prior to booking surgeries, however, would also appreciate a full history and any pervious diagnostics undertaken by your clinic. Upon referring the case, you will be kept informed and receive a referral letter upon its resolution.

Our Terms and Pricing

Along with our high-quality services, we offer a reasonable pricing structure to assist clients to provide the required care for their pet. Pricing will vary depending on the case, and will be discussed during the preliminary consultation, and we can be flexible in accommodating second opinion and corrective procedures.

Approximate pricing lists are available upon request. Our terms are a 50% deposit upon admission and payment on the day.
